The room i got was quite disappointing. it was much smaller than i anticipated. the shower head was positioned so low, i had to crouch to rinse my hair it was not very comfortable. i also noticed the coffee cup wasn't clean. It still had coffee stains from a previous guest i hope they improve their cleaning protocols.

the room i got was surprisingly small. i paid a lot and expected more space. the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor after each use. it felt quite cramped, and definitely not up to the 5-star standard i anticipated.

It cost too much for just one night. i had trouble finding an outlet for the hairdryer. i ended up sitting on the floor to get ready since there wasn't a dressing table. the shower didn't work properly. the bath had a chip. It was not a 5-star experience. it felt more like a 3-star experience.
